4GATES — Next Decision Advisory, Tino Liebich. Contact: hello@4gates.global. Full operator details are set out in the Legal Notice.
What we process
Contact enquiries. When you use the contact form we process your name, email address, company, role, the decision context you describe and the page you submitted from. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a decision conversation. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Spam protection. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and by rate limiting based on a hashed form of your IP address. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — protecting our systems from abuse.
Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical connection data required to deliver the website securely.
Analytics. Only if you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-LG295BK79S), provided by Google Ireland Limited, to measure aggregated website usage such as page views and interactions with key elements. Google Consent Mode is used, so no analytics storage is set before your consent, and advertising features remain switched off. Data may be transferred to Google LLC outside the EEA on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses. We never transmit your name, email address, access code or form content to Google. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time via Cookie Settings.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary technologies are used to operate the website. Optional technologies are only activated after your affirmative choice. Your decision is stored in first-party browser storage under fourgates_cookie_consent_v1 and remains valid for 180 days. Details are set out in the Cookie Policy.
Recipients and processors
We use service providers acting as processors on our behalf: our hosting and database provider, our transactional email provider, and Cloudflare for spam protection. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and thereafter only where statutory retention duties apply. Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, contact hello@4gates.global.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or to legal requirements. The current version always applies.
